Dispatch
During patrol contracts customers will have access to a hotline that will put them in contact with a dispatcher for any assistance needed. This could be used for suspicious persons, trespassers, requesting a walk through, or any assistance with illegal or violent matters. All we ask of our clients is to have the location of the issue, a description of the subject if there's one, and the complaint. Your safety and staffs safety is our prime goal.
Patrol Officers
All patrol officers are required to stay vigilant and ready for any situation. We are trained in de-escalation and CIT skills. Our main goal is to find a peaceful resolve to any issue. If the client wants to press charges BCSD officers will act accordingly.
Commissioned Officers
Currently all officers with BCSD are commissioned officers through a city, county or state department. This is what has us stick out against the others, WE ARE prepared, WE ARE trained, and WE WILL protect what you hold valuable.
